We’re looking to hire a Lead Bookkeeper and Client Manager. This is a remote position, and we want a superstar ⭐ who will be with us long-term.
Part-Time Lead Bookkeeper / Client Manager
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while being their main point of contact, providing top-notch customer service, handling all core bookkeeping functions and building financial work processes, including but not limited to data entry, expense coding, accounts payable and receivable management, inventory management, reconciliations, analysis, financial app integrations and more. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about accounting, we want to hear from you.
This part-time remote W2 position with flexible hours up to 20+ hours per week with potential for more offering a competitive wage of $25-$28/hour. This position is part-time, 20+ hours a week with the ability to do more if desired and as we grow. We require 3-4 hours of availability during normal business hours for meetings and client communication. Additional work can be done outside of normal business hours if desired. And the best part?
